In typical used physical condition, has not been hit, however one of the bottom mounting panel is bent slightly as highlighted in the photos. Includes the original mounting hardware as shown. Installation of this item may require additional modifications.

Cosmetic Condition: 

in typical used cosmetic condition, due to it having heavier scratching and scuffs around the black bar as shown in the photos. On the bottom of the mounting panels there is some light cosmetic surface rusting as shown. There may be other small scratches or imperfections that are difficult to see in the photos.
