In good physical condition. No cracks or damage to the housing or mounting tabs. Lens is fully intact with no cracks
Cosmetic Condition:
In good cosmetic condition with no major fading, yellowing, or scratching of the lens. There is some slight clouding and hazing, which may be difficult to see in the photos.

Fitment Notes:
This has the more common H4/9006 low beam bulb, which will be the same as most 2001-2005 Miata. If you have a late model NB, Mazda may have installed H7 bulbs in your headlights. To install this headlight, you would need an H4/9006 to H7 adaptor cable, which can be easily sourced online.
