2005-2006 Mini Cooper S R53 6 Speed Manual Transmission. Removed from a 2006 Mini Cooper S R52 Convertible with 113k miles. Transmission is in good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Transmission was able to be shifted through all gears with no grinding or odd noises. Fluid has been drained with no excessive metal shavings or abnormalities. Will ship drained of fluid. During testing we did notice the passenger side axle seal seeping. We suggest replacing both of the axle seals prior to installation. This transmission will only fit 2005-2006 Cooper S R53 or 05-08 Cooper S R52 Convertible models equipped with the 6 speed manual transmission. This transmission is equipped with the optional limited slip differential (option code- S2TA differential lock 25%). Will NOT fit automatic or base Cooper models. You will need to reuse your existing shifter cables and hardware for installation.

**This transmission is considered an upgrade for the 2002-2004 Mini Cooper S models equipped with the 6 speed manual transmission. Please do your research regarding this upgrade prior purchase if you have a 2002-2004 model.**
