2011-2012 Mini Cooper S N18 Engine Longblock. Removed from a 2012 Mini Cooper S R56 Hatchback with 92k miles. Will only fit Post-LCI models equipped with the N18 Turbocharged Engine. Will not fit base Cooper models or John Cooper Works models. In good working condition, removed from a running vehicle. Fully tested prior to removal, engine ran smooth with no odd noises or smoking. Engine showed no signs of leaking any fluids during testing, however we still suggest replacing some of the easier access seals and gasket while the engine is removed from the vehicle. This engine did have a code for a previously bad electronic thermostat, so the thermostat and housing will need to be replaced. Engine has been compression tested with results of (200-200-195-195). Oil has been drained with no abnormalities. Will ship drained of all fluids. The included harness does have a few spots of wear and tearing in the wiring sleeves. The wires themselves are not damaged in any way. The engine oil dip stick was previously removed, so you will need to source a new dip stick or reuse your existing one for installation. Includes everything as shown in the photos, nothing more, nothing less. Includes the engine long block, alternator, coils, engine mount bracket, intake manifold, vacuum pump, oil filter housings, high pressure fuel pump, and thermostat housing. This engine was removed from a vehicle with a manual transmission. If your vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission, this engine will still fit, however there may be some slight differences in the sensors and external components. Please do your research regarding specific components that will need to be changed if your vehicle has an automatic transmission prior to purchase.
