Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, has not been hit or bent in any way. Includes the lower rear seat panels only as shown. These have the black cloth and white stitching as shown. Free of any rips or tears in the cloth material. The foam in the middle section has come off of the vinyl as shown in the photos.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition, free of any major stains or sun fading as shown.
