Physical Condition:

In good overall physical condition, there is one mounting tab that has been previously repaired as shown. There is also one cracked mounting retainer which may need to be repaired prior to installation. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair overall cosmetic condition due to being poorly refinished. There is several chips and imperfections which were previously painted over. There is also some typical nicks, marks, and swirls which may be difficult to see in the photos. The rubber seal has overspray from when the piece was repainted.
