Warranty & Returns
While we make every effort possible to thoroughly test and inspect parts before posting them for sale, there still may be the occasional issue with an item. If you have questions or concerns regarding an item and need assistance, please contact us. If your item has arrived damaged, you are having a shipping issue, or if this is related to any item that was shipped via Freight, please refer to our shipping page. For all returns or warranty claims, please read our warranty and return policy below, and submit a request form at the bottom of the page.
Most items on our site include a 60 day warranty that begins on the date that the item is received by the buyer. This warranty ensures that the item will function as intended from from factory during the warranty period, with the exception of any defects or issues with an item as stated in the ad before purchasing. Certain items such as electrical components, engines, hydraulics, etc, will have a different warranty policy or do not carry a warranty. Any warranty limitations or time frames specified in a listing, different than what is stated here, will override the warranty on this page. For any warranty claim, it is at our discretion to supply a replacement item of similar or better condition, or a refund if a replacement cannot be supplied. Please contact us immediately if you are having an issue with an item that is under warranty. Attempting to repair or make modifications to an item will void any warranty. No labor, diagnostic or towing costs will be covered under warranty.
All returns that are not due to shipping damage or an issue with the item, such as no longer needing the item or being purchased by mistake, will have a 14 day return window from the day that the item is received. These types of returns will be given a refund in the form of store credit minus a 15% percent restocking fee. This restocking fee covers shipping costs and materials, retesting, reposting and inventorying the item again. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their expense, as well as any shipping issues that may occur such as a lost item or it being damaged in shipping. We will only accept a return when we have received the item in the exact condition as when it was purchased. We have full discretion to deny any returns that do not meet this requirement.
Items that do not qualify for returns:
Items that are shipped via freight carrier or bulky body parts like fenders (due to high shipping costs).
Hydraulic or electronic parts (due to inability to retest returned parts).
Any part that is stated as "non-returnable" or listed as "for parts or not working" on the listing.
Aftermarket / Performance Upgrade Parts.
All cancellation requests must be placed before an item has been shipped. Once an item has shipped, the order will no longer be eligible to be cancelled. Cancellations will not incur any cancellation or restocking fees, as long as they are requested on time.
***All warranty claims or returns need to be approved before sending the item back to us. These requests will be denied if the buyer had not contacted us previously and received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the item.***
