Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. The passenger seat has one hole in the fabric in the lower cushion as well as some small burn marks on the vinyl back as shown. Seat foam is free of any major warping or sagging. The side bolsters have some typical marks and scratches from normal use.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition with no major fading or discoloration. The lower seat cushions have some spots of staining in the finish, as shown. Undersides are free of any major surface rusting or corrosion, which is a common issue on these.

Fitment Notes:

Will fit any 1999-2005 Miata using your existing seat rails. Will also fit any 1990-1997 Miata using a set of seat rails from a 1999-2005 model.
