Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition, latch assembly has not been hit or bent in any way. Includes the top latch release handle with latch brackets as shown. Top latch handle opens and closes shut as it should. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with no deep scratches or fading of the plastic finish. There are some light scratches on the plastic handle, as shown. There may be light scratches or marks that may be difficult to see in photos.
