In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. All mounting tabs are intact.  Includes the factory rear bumper, lower fog lights / reverse lights, third brake light, factory spoiler, and lower valance panel as shown. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition with no major fading or damage. The paint finish does have a few visible nicks and chips in the finish below the "solstice" badge as shown. As well as a few lighter scratches and marks along the lower corners.
