Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage. There is one small deeper scratch in the glass, as highlighted in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition for its age however there is some swirls and surface scratching which may be difficult to see in the photos.
