Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Can be seen fully lit up in the last 2 photos.

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition, with no large cracks or damage to the lens, however, there is some very shallow heat cracks under the surface of the lens that can be seen highlighted in the photos. All mounting tabs are fully intact, free of any cracks or breaks. There is no outer rubber weatherstripping on the edges of the lamp, as shown. It is common for those to become brittle and fall off at this age. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition as well with no major hazing or yellowing the lens finish. Free of any deep scratches or chips. As previously noted, there are some shallow heat cracks under the surface of the lens, as highlighted. There are typical light surface scratches and swirls from age and regular use, as shown, some of which may be difficult to see in photos.
