Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. All mounting tabs are intact. The plastic panel has a few shallow indentations on the bottom edge as shown. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware and trim for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair cosmetic condition with heavier pitting and chips in the paint finish. There is some deeper scrapes and impact marks on the bottom edge. We suggest having this repainted prior to use.
