Covid-19 Updates

We continue to monitor the Coronavirus pandemic from both a health / safety point of view and in regards to federal, state and local guidelines. We will use this page to provide updates on any operational changes that may be in effect or will go into effect in the near future.

Under current County and City guidelines we are fortunate enough to be allowed to continue to operate, as they have deemed auto parts suppliers an essential business.

At this time we are operating our regular hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and are shipping through USPS, Fedex Ground and Fedex Freight on a daily basis. We continue to be available via phone and live chat during business hours, and via email after hours.

With that said, we have not and will not take this situation lightly. Here are the steps we've taken to ensure we do our part to combat the spread of Covid-19 and ensure the safety of all of our team members:

  • In order to limit human to human contact, our warehouse is temporarily closed to walk-in customers. Any customer coming to our location must have a pre-paid order that they are simply picking up as no register transactions will be accepted, and signing for your items will not be necessary. While we encourage having your orders shipped, we do have a local pickup option on every item on our website. If you choose to make a purchase for pickup you can complete the whole transaction through here, or just give us a call. **In accordance with the Orange County executive order, all customers entering our business are required to wear a face mask / covering. If you don't have one, we will be able to provide one for you.**
  • Every team member has a separate work space. Those who work in the office have a separate office for that one person only. Those who work in the shop area and in shipping have separate work spaces. This way no one has to be in close proximity of each other. When the need to cross work spaces arises, we are all keeping at least a six foot distance from each other.
  • We have greatly limited the amount of surfaces that need to be touched by multiple people on a daily basis. This includes leaving certain doors open and lights on during the workday and substituting the use of the water coolers with bottled water.
  • We are sanitizing and disinfecting all frequent touch surfaces multiple times a day. Antibacterial soap and disinfecting cleaner are available at each hand washing area.

We will continue to monitor day to day developments and adjust accordingly.
