In good physical condition with no rips or tears in the fabric. All mounting clips and velcro are intact. Plastic window has no cracking or damage. You will need to reuse some existing parts for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

The fabric is in good used cosmetic condition with no major fading or wear. The plastic windows have some typical heavier making snd svcurface scratches as shown in the photos.
