Physical Condition:

Includes the upper and lower seat assembly as shown. In mostly good physical condition, have not been hit or bent in any way. Vinyl leatherette is free of any major rips or tears. Stitching is fully intact with no major fraying. The middle plastic trim section mount is damaged and cracked slightly as shown. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with no major sun fading or discoloration in the trim or leatherette. There is some minor indentions and wear from use and being folded.
