In good physical condition with no major bends or damage. Panel is free of any visible dents or dings. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition. The paint has some a light wear spots on the front edge where the panel meets the fender on the vehicle.
