In good physical condition with no bends or damage in the seat frames. Cloth is free of any major rips or tears. Stitching is fully intact with no fraying or damage. Includes the complete 60/40 split folding rear seat assembly as shown. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some minor discoloration in the cloth covering. The rails and hinges have no major rusting.
