Includes the mounting hardware and brackets, as shown. There may be additional hardware that you'll need to source for installation.

Fitment Notes:

Will NOT fit 2004-2005 Mazdaspeed Miata models. 2001-2005 models will need to reuse their existing MAF sensor for install. These are USED aftermarket components and carry NO transferrable manufacturer warranty.
