In good used physical condition, free of any major hits or bends. Rack boots are free of any rips or tears in the rubber. Outer tie rod ends are intact with no damage. There is typical surfacer rusting on the hardware and lines from age and regular use, as shown. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and lines for installation.
