Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle.

Physical Condition:

In mostly good used physical condition, with no cracks or damage to the lenses. One fog light does have  a cracked tab that can be seen highlighted in the photos. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair used cosmetic condition. There is typical pitting and scratches in the lens surfaces from regular use and road debris, as shown. You may want to have the lenses refinished prior to installation.
