Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, with no cracks, dents or damaged mounting tabs. You will need to reuse your existing hardware and bulbs for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition, however there is some overall yellowing / fading in the lens as shown in the photos. There is also some nicks, marks and imperfections which may be difficult to see in the photos.

Fitment Notes:

This has the more common H4/9006 low beam bulb, which will be the same as most 2001-2005 Miata. If you have a late model NB, Mazda may have installed H7 bulbs in your headlights. To install this headlight, you would need an H4/9006 to H7 adaptor cable, which can be easily sourced online.
