In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. 

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition, free of any major hits or bends to the rail. Free of any major surface rusting or corrosion. The plastic bushing that secures the cable to the rail was previously cracked as shown. This bushing was previously repaired using an adhesive material, as seen highlighted in the photos. This repair appears to be very secure during use.
