Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. 

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition, free of any major hits or bends to the rail. Free of any major surface rusting or corrosion. The plastic bushing that secures the cable to the rail was previously cracked. We have repaired this bushing using a metal hose clamp, which tightly secures the bushing in place, as seen highlighted in the photos. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.
