Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, convertible top is free of any rips or tears in the cloth. Frame has not been hit or bent in any way. Rear window is fully intact with no damage. You will need to reuse some existing hardware for installation. The factory latch cover plastic is missing as shown. you may want to transfer over your existing latch for use. You will need to source a new rain rail for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair overall cosmetic condition for the age. The fabric has some darkening and discoloration at the lower edges as shown.

If you have a business address with a loading dock, forklift or other means of unloading the pallet off of the delivery truck you will not need a liftgate equipped truck for delivery.
