Physical Condition:

Panel has multiple indentations and crease marks along the lower edges, as shown in the photos. the center of the panel was drilled into for a front license plate, as shown in the photos. 

Includes the center grille trims as shown. You will need to reuse some existing mounting hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

Panel is in fair overall cosmetic condition with heavier scrapes and scratches along the bottom edges. you will want to have this panel refinished prior to install.
