In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. All mounting tabs are intact. Includes the third brake light, and lower diffuser valance as shown. You will need to reuse some existing hardware for installation

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition with no major fading or wear in the paint finish. The panel has some visible residue and marks from a previously applied decal directly below the Pontiac lettering. As well as some light scratches and marks throughout. The center emblem has general sun fading as well.
