Physical Condition:

In good physical condition, have not been hit or bent in any way. All seat adjustments operate smoothly with no malfunctions. Free of any major rips or tears in the leather. Stitching is fully intact with no fraying or tears. the leather cover on the driver side lower cushion has visible wrinkling and shrinkage from use and sun exposure over time. This appears to have also caused some slight deformation of the foam supports underneath. 

Includes everything as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition with no major staining or fading in the leather finish.
