In good physical condition, has not been hit or damaged in any way. Free of any visible dents or indentations. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware and hinges for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some surface scratches and black paint wear in the paint finish. The finish has a few small nicks and chips along the front edge as shown. There is a small deeper scratch, which may be difficult o see in the photos.
