Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage. All mounting tabs are fully intact. Stitching is fully intact with no fraying. You may need to reuse some existing clips and hardware for installation. One of the foam backers is missing on one of the panels.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition with no major fading or wear in the trim. There is some minor nicks and marks mostly along the lower front corners as shown in the photos.
