In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. All mounting tabs are fully intact. Free of any bends or damage to the fin array. There is some light cosmetic wear from normal use. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware and piping for installation. This is a used item and carries no transferrable manufacturer warranty. This may fit other BMW models equipped with the N55 engine, please do your research regarding exact fitment for your vehicle prior to purchase.
