Physical Condition:

In typical used physical condition due to there being two larger scrapes, that have gone through the panel, as shown in the photos. All mounting tabs are fully intact. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair used cosmetic condition due to the panel having some typical scuffs and gouges in the plastic from normal road use. The paint has some light scratching and nicks in the finish. There may be additional nicks, scratches, and pitting in the finish that may be difficult to see in the photos.
