Physical Condition:

Includes only the driver side seat assembly as shown. In good physical condition with no major cracks or damage. Leather has some typical wear and cracking from use over time. The cloth bolster material has a visible tear in the material from ingress / egress as shown. The seam along these Lower hip bolster also have some visible war spots that are causing the stitching to fray and separate. You will need to reuse some existing hardware for installation. Seat is not equipped with any inflatable lumbar components. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair overall cosmetic condition. Leather inserts have some general discoloration and staining from use.
