In good overall physical condition with no major damage to the panel. All mounting points are intact. Fiberglass panels have no visible cracking or damage. there is one air vent port that was indented, as shown in the photos. 

Includes ONLY what is shown in the photos. You will need to reuse existing hardware, trim, and components for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In good overall cosmetic condition with no major fading or wear in the paint finish. The finish has a few small nicks and chips along the front edge as shown.
