In good used physical condition, with no cracks, dents or damaged mounting tabs. You may need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In good used cosmetic condition, with no deep scratches or gouges in the leather finish. There are some typical scratches and wear, as shown. The Mazda emblem has some wear and scratches as shown.  There may be some wear and imperfections that may be difficult to see in the photos.
