In good physical condition, all mounting tabs are intact. You may need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition, due to their being heaving scratches on the side of the cup holder, and heavier wear on the convertible top control switch, as shown. There may be additional light scratches and nicks that may be difficult to see in the photos.
