In good physical condition with no major cracks or damaged mounting tabs. You may need to reuse your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition, due to there being heavier pitting and nick in the silver finish as shown. There is also some typical fading and discoloration from sun exposure as shown in the photos. There may be some additional nicks and scratches that may be difficult to see in the photos.
