Physical Condition:

In typical physical condition, due to the panel having some typical light bends and warping along the lower edge. These indentations are not directly visible when installed on the vehicle. There are also some small dings on the bottom edge of the panel, as shown. You will need to reuse your existing clips and hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition, due to there being heavier pitting and scratches in the black painted finish. The bottom edge has heavier scratching and chips as shown. There is also some typical black paint wear that may be difficult to see in the photos.
