Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no cracks or damage. The leather has no major rips or tears. There is some light fraying in the stitching as shown. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition, due to the shift knob having heavier wear and fading as shown in the photos. The shift boot trim has some fading and discoloration in the chrome finish. The shift pattern is still fully visible, however there is some light wear. There may be some wear and scratches that may be difficult to see in the photos.
