1999-2001 Porsche 996 911 Carrera 4 AWD 6 Speed Manual Transmission. Removed from a 2000 Porsche 996 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet with 87k miles. This will only fit 1999-2001 All Wheel Drive 996 911 models that have a manual transmission. This will not fit automatic transmission cars or rear wheel drive Carrara 2 models. This is the G96/00 model transmission that has the open differential. It does NOT have a limited slip differential. Please verify that this is the correct transmission for your car before purchasing. The transmission is in good working condition off of a running and driving car. We were able to test the transmission through all of the gears. The transmission shifted smoothly and had no notching or grinding of the gears. The fluid drained out clear with no abnormalities or metal shavings. Will ship drained of all fluid. Transmission showed no signs of leaking in the vehicle. The center casing does appear to have been resealed at some point, as shown in the photos. Includes everything as shown, You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.
