Functionality:

In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle.

Physical Condition:

**The plastic bushings / casing for the latching hook is damaged, as shown in the photos. This is a common issue and can cause latching alignment issues when installed on the vehicle. We recommend replacing this bushing prior to use. All other mounting tabs are intact with no damage. The plastic trim is cracked as shown in the photos.
