In good physical condition with no rips or tears in the leather. There is some typical wear in the leather finish from regular use. The silver trim is free of any deep scratches or heavy wear. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some typical scratching and chipping in the plastic trim finish as shown. The knob has some typical fading and wear which may be difficult to see int he photos.
