Functionality:

In good usable condition, both belts extend and retract with no malfunctions. Pretensioners have not been previously deployed.

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition with no rips or tears in the belt material. There is some minor fraying and staining in the belt webbing for one of the seat belts. Free of any moisture damage or corrosion. You will need to reuse some of your existing hardware for installation.
