In fair used physical condition, due to part of the panel having warp or bent from removal, as shown in the photos. There are also some light indentations in the plastic. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation. 

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair used cosmetic condition due to the paint finish having some general scuffs and scratches from previous use. There is a larger scrape on the bottom edge, as shown. There may be some chips, nicks, and scratches that may be difficult to see in the photos.
