In good working condition, fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle. Rack had no leaks during testing.

Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition, has not been hit or bent in any way. Rack boots have no major rips or tears in the rubber. This does NOT include the outer tie rod ends. You will need to reuse some existing hardware for installation.
