Physical Condition:

The panel is in typical used indentations and bends on the bottom edge of the panel. This is very common and not easily visible once installed on the vehicle.  There is also a small ding in the panel, which is highlighted by dent light in the photos. You will need to reuse your existing hardware for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In typical used cosmetic condition with some heavier black paint wear. There is also some typical fading or wear in the paint finish and badges as shown. There is some scratches, chips, and swirls which may be difficult to see in the photos.
